TEDxCovilhã, 2011
We were kindly invited to speak at TEDxCovilhã in 2011. At the end of this talk, Celso announced that we would launch a flight at Serra da Estrela, which we did a few months later.
Codebits, 2010
Codebits is the biggest programming and hacking event in Portugal. We gave our first talk about Codebits at the 2010 edition. You can also check our slides.

Slashdot is “News for nerds, stuff that matters”, it’s been the biggest science and technology blog in the early golden days of the Internet and even today is still an epic reference to any geek.
CmdrTaco featured us in an article, one week before our first launch. Made us all very proud.

LPRS, the company from who we buy our radio antennas wrote a case study about our project. Great stuff.

And we got a very interesting email from the NASA guys at JPL in Pasadena CA, out of nothing, probably due to the article at Slashdot, wishing us good luck with our first flight. We can’t disclosure it, so you have to trust us, but it’s awesome.
